I teach 7th grade math, and I want to use an interactive journal as my method of instruction this year. Basically, we will do warm-ups, notes, some guided practice in the journals. Of course, homework and quizzes/tests will be separate. I’ve also seen how to incorporate Dinah Zike’s foldables into the journal. Do any of you teachers out there have experience with something like this? Any tips or ideas?
