Go for middle school but you have to sometimes joke along with the kids cause my german teacher does that and everyone loves her. But when it gets out of hand thats when you have to settle everyone down.

good luck with teaching i might be a history teacher when i get older.
References :
i am a teacher aide in a high school math class and i love my it because high school kids are hilarious and cool and fun. my ex girlfriend was an elementary school teacher and she loved it too because it was more nurturing than it was teaching, wiping noses, teaching how to share etc. the thing she loved was that she taught all the subjects, english, math, science everything. It was just all very basic stuff.
the thing about middle school is you have more than just one set of students like in elementary where your kids stay in your room all day. To me its a great advantage to middle school and high school teaching. instead of knowing 25 kids, i have 4 periods of 25 kids. the more interaction the better for me anyways. plus the higher the grade the deeper you can explore subjects with the students.
References :
ohh geez. Middle school best and worse time to be a teacher. Kids are just trying to fit in and things get tough. They aren't cute anymore, but they are no where near adults. Some are really mature students and some act like they are 4. I would say go for it though.
