  • What is the best project to do for a middle school science fair ?

Posted by admin on December 1st, 2009 and filed under middle school science | 2 Comments »

My daughter has to get some ideas for a unique project that the others will likely not have. Any suggestions ?

In 6th grade I did how to grow crystals and got the 1st prize. I’m now in 8th grade so…

It was really easy if you dissolve a lot of it in boiling water *Not while it’s on the stove* then once it can’t disolve anymore pour it on the sponges. *Just enough for it to absorbe it.* Then take pictures and write out the process. Make sure to keep it in the sun and it took me about 2-3 months to do it.

Does a homemade filter filter water better than a Brita filter?
