I don’t like writing in cursive that much. It’s just that my English teacher wants me to write a persuasive essay on why middle school students should write in cursive, not print.
Because you need to learn how to sign your signature on paper work for adult hood.
You can’t print your name out on a check. Well, you shouldn’t. Be too easy for someone else to do.
Also, it’s part of learning and literature and grammar. It’s a form of writing. Even if it isn’t perfect, you should still learn to read and write in cursive so you can read other cursive writing from other people.

you should write the same essay in cursive and also on the computer and then print it out and give them both to her.
then ask her which one she finds more compelling?
