I heard that there are "groups" in high school where people kind fo all hang out and accept each other more, but I’m having problems in middle school right now because nobody will listen to me. Does it get any better in high school, or just worse?
Being a nerd gets cool in high school, you meet more people like you with the same interests, and then you start to realise how genuinely stupid the people calling you names are.

Middle school is drama filled..trust me high school is not that big of a deal.

it’ll get better, trust me! there will be more people for you to get to know that will like you… and people don’t care as much about social status in high school. just don’t worry about it…. after you graduate high school you won’t ever see half these people ever in your life again.

In middle school, well, they’re kids/teens, so it’ll be filled with drama, usually like kids.
In high school, well, you’ll most likely find another person like you, and it’ll work out fine.
Besides, being a nerd/antisocial is perfectly fine; it’ll work out, and you’ll be good in high school!
You’ll probably be good in middle school too, but if you hate that, just embrace the fact that "nerd" could mean you’re smart.
People could be jealous that you’re smart in the first time.
For the antisocial part-not everyone has to be social.
