After this summer i will be entering high school. Is it that much different from middle school? Any tips?
From personal experience middle school felt like highschool, which should be the othe way around right? But for me it wasn’t we drank ,party, smoke because we didn’t at moment have to worry about important grades or college but when we got to highschool eveything change and so did the people sometimes for the worst and sometimes for the best. Basically you goota be happy with youself to get through highschool. Even though were suppose to be maturing, people still act like their in elementary school. Try to make new friends cause you will lose some of you ald ones. But highschool is fun and are the best years you will ever have.

lot more people, wayyy bigger school, better lunches, more fun, and lots of drama.
You will hear a lot of words you never heard before, lets just put it that way.

It’s bigger, people are more crazy, and there is more freedom and less time to hang out in or out of school.
I would suggest you make new friends but don’t try to be too crazy? Freshman don’t get any respect.

If you want to take a hard look at school, do an Internet search on Grace Llewellyn or John Taylor Gatto.

its bigger. wayyyyyyy more fun. you get to be a lot more independant. teachers care way less what you do. people judge you more. sex, drugs, and alcohol come into the picture. you have to work harder for your grades. people dont tell you nhwat to do as much anymore. this is the time where you have to figure out who you want to be and what you want to do, and to ake it happen. just rememeber, you’re only there 4 years. have fun, and make the most of it. but remember that there’s life afterhigh school, even though it wont seem like it right now. and what you do in high school affects pretty much your whole life. so have a blast, but work hard.
