Anyway i have no idea what a magnet school is like, but i do know that high school and middle are very different. You have so much more freedom and the people become more mature [even some of the guys] although some will never grow up. i think bullying will end for you if you are going to a magnet school since the kids probably are smart and beyond that kind of aimless cruelty.
