    The distance from the hoop to the free throw line, three line, for MIDDLE SCHOOL.

    my answer is 15 feet to foul line , 21 1/2 feet for three point line…

      That is one of the great things about basketball. The rules and court sizes vary very little at every level and in every gym. It didn’t used to always be that way, but it is now.

      The hoop is always 10′ off the ground. The foul line is always 15′ from the baseline. It is always 47′ to half court.

      Now for the slight variations you asked about. College, High, and Middle School 3 point line is 19′9". The international and NBA lines are further respectively.
