The link above shows schools in MO hiring including several middle school Math teachers. It gives the qualifications needed too.

Here in the US, each state’s certification requirements are different, so the first thing to do would be to check with the Missouri Department of Education.

In Pennsylvania, certification is primarily for elementary or secondary, but a person can get a middle school specialization. Apparently the middle school psyche is different from older or younger students, and potential teachers of that age level benefit from preparation to deal!
