There are specialized times for certain things though. Like at my high school I'm in an AP program that lets me take 6 classes a day as opposed to the normal for us, which is 4. But this requires me to be there at 7:30. There's a local early college high school that doesn't start until 9:30 or so, but that's not a full-on public school.
