I still like her and we were great friends in middle school but we haven’t kept in touch. Some of her friends know i like her though and they go to her school. What should i do? Should i try to contact her or just give up? Also im kinda shy.
My guideline is this. If I like some I tell them so.
If I have lost touch with someone and want to get back in touch I make the effort to get in touch.
It is possible that were you to reach out to the girl that you could build a good friendship and possibly even more.
It you do not try to get in touch with her then the outcome is a sure-bet that nothing will happen.
If you can get in touch with her you can disclose to her that you are shy. Stating this increases the probability that you can reinvigorate the friendship because she will know that you are shy instead of simply assuming that you are disinterested.
